Fairly decent if you consider the services that are available from other internet and tv cable providers. Good thing is they try to resolve issues as promptly as possible and Lavanita madam is quick to reach out for any queries. Still improving but overall decent service. Much better than Tata Sky in Ajmera Treon at the moment at least.
I am having cable connection from Balaji Cable network antophill from 4 months I am having very bad experience from Balaji, in every month minimum 2 times cable is out of the work and the problem is not solve within 48 hours this month my cable connection was out of the order for four times but they are not able to rectify the same, every time they two minimum 24 hours but I want to ask here how this can be happen

Moreover, the telephonic customer service representative Ms. Heena who always handled my calls is very courteous and polite...very professional customer service which is another main reason why I still use their internet service.
